Questions
Do I have to connect my Turo account?
No. FleetTrack never asks for your Turo login. You export a CSV from your host dashboard and upload it — the same file you'd send your accountant.
What if I upload the same file twice?
Nothing doubles. Every trip is matched against what you've already imported, so re-uploading a fuller export each month only adds what's new.
I manage cars I don't own. Does that work?
Yes — that's what the owner split is for. Set each car's split and FleetTrack shows your share and the owner's share separately.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. FleetTrack runs in the browser on phones, tablets and desktop. There's nothing to install.
Who can see my numbers?
Only you. Every account's data is isolated at the database level, and nothing is shared or sold.
What happens when beta ends?
You'll be told before anything changes. The Free plan stays free, and nobody gets charged without agreeing to it first.
